Privacy Policy

Effective Date: February 17, 2026  |  Last Updated: February 17, 2026

SKYSEED TECH LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Mira, an AI-powered consciousness growth platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

Our Core Principle

Your conversations and personal insights belong to you. We use your data only to provide and improve the Mira experience. We do not sell your data to third parties.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and (if you use Google Sign-In) your Google profile name and profile photo URL.

Conversation Data: The messages you exchange with Mira, including text content and timestamps. This data is essential for Mira to understand your patterns and provide personalized guidance.

Growth Data: Insights, growth cards, awareness profiles, and other analytical content generated during your interactions with Mira. This data is derived from your conversations and stored to track your personal development over time.

Usage Data: We collect basic technical information including device type, browser type, session duration, feature usage patterns, and approximate location (country-level from IP address). We do not track your activity outside of Mira.

Cookies: We use a single authentication cookie (mira_token) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Mira service
  • To personalize your experience based on your conversation history and patterns
  • To generate growth cards, awareness profiles, and other insight features
  • To authenticate your account and protect your data
  • To respond to support requests
  • To detect and prevent abuse or misuse of the service
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. AI Processing

Mira uses Anthropic's Claude API to process your conversations. When you send a message, relevant conversation context is sent to Anthropic's servers for AI processing. Anthropic's data processing is governed by their own privacy policy and data retention terms.

We send only the minimum necessary context to generate quality responses. We do not share your personal identity (name, email) with AI processing services — only conversation content.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Hashed and salted passwords (PBKDF2 with SHA-512)
  • HTTP-only authentication cookies to prevent XSS attacks
  • Rate limiting to prevent brute-force attacks
  • Regular security reviews

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • AI Processing: Conversation content is processed by Anthropic's Claude API as described in Section 3
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order
  • Safety: If we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent harm to you or others
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export: Request a portable copy of your data
  • Withdraw Consent: Stop using the service at any time

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the email address below.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention).

Anonymous or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely for research and service improvement purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Mira is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so we can remove that information.

9. International Data Transfers

SKYSEED TECH LLC is based in Wyoming, United States. If you access Mira from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using Mira, you consent to such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of Mira after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
