Mira is not a therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Mira is an AI-powered tool designed for self-reflection and personal growth exploration. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention.

Mira is powered by artificial intelligence. While designed to be helpful and supportive, Mira may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses. Mira's insights and reflections are suggestions for consideration — not authoritative assessments of your personality, mental state, or life circumstances.
You should always exercise your own judgment when reflecting on Mira's responses.
You may use certain features of Mira without an account. Creating an account enables additional features such as conversation history, growth tracking, and cross-device synchronization.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the messages, thoughts, and personal information you share with Mira. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Mira service.
Mira's Content: The insights, growth cards, awareness profiles, and other content generated by Mira are derived from your interactions using our proprietary AI system. You may use this generated content for your personal purposes. The underlying technology, algorithms, system prompts, and software remain the intellectual property of SKYSEED TECH LLC.
Brand and Service: The Mira name, logo, and visual design are trademarks of SKYSEED TECH LLC. You may not use these without our prior written consent.
Mira offers both free and paid service tiers. Free users may be subject to usage limitations. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Details of plan features and pricing are available on our website.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Refund policies and cancellation procedures will be communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SKYSEED TECH LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Mira.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKYSEED TECH LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of Mira, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
You may stop using Mira at any time. You may delete your account through the settings page or by contacting us.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mira at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Mira at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Mira after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Mira shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SKYSEED TECH LLC regarding your use of Mira, and supersede any prior agreements.
